Clean up the Tisza! Garbage collection action in Szolnok

Our ESC volunteers of Szolnok and IKSZ youngsters in 18 th of April (Sunday) participated in a large-scale event in the Clean up the Tisza! garbage collector action, which was organized by the NHSZ.

Within the framework of the garbage collection action, they freed the Szolnok section of the Tisza from the accumulated garbage. For the nearly 400 participants the NHSZ proved garbage bags and the gloves which is needed for the garbage collection. Every group/association received a different small map, which is showed the marked garbage collection point, so everybody had a part which they could clean. The Tisza’s bank was with a lot of pet bottle, paper, foil, cloth pieces and thrown masks. Thanks to the many volunteers, the sections travelled were clean, so everybody can enjoy the nature self-forgetfully, for now without any waste.

We hope that, we will have another chance to participate in an initiative like this!
