County Student Parliament in Nyíregyháza

The County Student Parliament was organized on 22th of September 2021 in the room of Bessenyei in the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Local Government Office, where the schools in the County are participated attentively and actively.

In the framework of the 4 hours long program a lot of colourful and various presentations could be heard. The Children and Youth Student Self-Government of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County introduced themselves, their results and goals.

The participants are showed that, the Centre Youth Association what kind of opportunities, spaces can provide for the youngsters. All the primary school students, all the secondary school students got a more specific brief, of course the most of the programs, opportunities are giving something new for everybody. They could get insight into the FACES for the city, program series, where they could get know the HR coffeeshops and the Entrepreneur teahouses. As an invited lecturer, we could listen to Imre Hegedűs about the opportunities of the National Youth Council for the youth. After this the Centre Youth Association’s foreign volunteers are introduced the international opportunities for the youth.

In the 4 hours long event last hour the students had the opportunity to give recommendations about which kind of topics they would like to earn changes. Also, in groupwork they could speak about a lot of interesting suggestions, like what interests the today’s youngsters in a program, what kind of motivations they have, what are the advantages and changeable things of the student government membership, what they think about the absence topics and it could be continued. We hope that they will continue these topics out of the Student Parliament, also later actively and creatively will think about the developable things.

As a closure we could eat a pizza lunch together, celebrating the active, full of information day, also the good participation numbers too.
