Closing event of Open Café

The closing event of the project called Open Café was organised on 11 th of February in the Fandangó Restaurant. On the event the project’s methods and purposes were introduced, the videos which we created together with our partners (Polish, Spanish, Portuguese), also the handbook which was created as the intellectual product of the project.

Among the invited ones several civil organisations were there not just from Debrecen, but from Szolnok and Nyíregyháza either also from Rimaszombat from Slovakia. On the event the AKE (Alternatív Közösségek Egyesülete) the Hang-Kép Association and the civil organisation from Rimaszombat got introduced.

In the afternoon an event called World Café was, where at four different tables the participants in small groups could debate about four different topics, among many things there were words about the problems caused by the language borders and the integration either.

The event ended with a dinner, where the participants had the opportunity to share phone numbers and email addresses with each other.
