Youth for Youth – SZSZBGYIÖK Team Meeting

On April 23, the first staff meeting of the new mandate of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Child and Youth Municipality (SZSZBGYIÖK) took place.

During the program, the young participants engaged in playful discussions about trust — toward each other, toward the community, and within themselves. These sessions are led by young people who are active in their own communities and have been trained and supported by us. This is how our long-held belief becomes reality: young people are not just participants in their development, but active shapers of it. This is what we work for year after year: for these young leaders to set examples, create value within their communities — and continue to grow themselves in the process.
