Online training took place in SZSZB county

Our Association at the request of the CSAT Association held three trainings in topic of the motivation and key competences. In Szolnok it was in the online space and on Nyíregyháza once was in person in October and the last one was online too in November.

On the training the participants on the first day could get acquainted with the topic of the self-knowledge and the key competences. While the different tasks and practices the participants had to write about themselves different prides, strengths, and changeable personality characteristics. They could acquaint with the SMART purposes too.

On the second day was about the motivation. In the first round everybody could tell why the motivation is so important. Besides that they could fill out two tests about motivation, and they could get know the Maslow pyramid. At the end of the program a motivational video were played.
