Training day in Nyíregyháza

In Community FACES Youth Office and Community Space those students who wanted to get down a little deeper in the subject of the self knowledge could participate in in a newer training.

In the beginning of the program the participants could get know more about each other in a joyful way then in the framework of a group task in a creative way they debated about that why the self-knowledge is important. After this they solved those kinds of tasks which helped them to get know themselves more and their personality, attitude in some situations, also what are those skills, which they are satisfied with also those things which they would change in or they have to develop. After lunch they got know the and filled out the SWOT analysis. Then in a group task they could decide what are those properties and skills which are useful but no needed for every day and what are those which are required for them but they don’t have it yet. The program was finished with a closing round, where they shared that how they felt themselves and what was the most useful for them in the day.

To the training day 7 people applied but unfortunately because of sicknesses and other activities the program got implemented with 4 people.

The next occasion will between 27 and 28 of June in communication, dispute subject.
