3 Days Long Forum Miskolc

On the first weekend of July the Association held a Regional Forum. On the forum the colleagues were participate we gathered together in Miskolc. The program lasted 3 days. During this time there were time for work and common rest either.

During the professional program we evaluated the last half-year’s happenings, and results. We spoke about the strategy of the Association and we started the planning of the next half-year. The organization developer process has started either, during this we would ask the help of an external specialist’s a few times to make the Association’s work more effective. We got time for free time activities. There was laser fight, wall climbing, boardgames and we discovered Miskolc city together.

After the program tiredly but with experiences and with a lot of information, plans and ideas we came home, who to each county. The team dividedly in spite of that together continues again the work.
